Lord Aldemere McRafe, having proven himself time and again as someone that fights with Heart for the ideals the Academy holds dearest, while striving his utmost to enrich and serve Atlantia as a whole, will stand for elevation to the Rank of Freescholar of the Academy d'Espee at Holiday Faire.

His skill at arms has been well noted by both the Queen and his Baron, who have praised his fighting for years, awarding him a Sea Dragon and making him a Companion of the Sable Blade and Premier of the Golden Guard of Black Diamond. Likewise, his service to the rapier arts and Atlantian fighters has been exemplary, as his standing in the ranks of the Golden Dolphins attests. His steadfast leadership in the Barony of Black Diamond has put him at the front during inter-baronial disputes and inter-kingdom wars, taking those warriors that he trained along and achieving victories.

Therefor, the Prize will not only be a test of skill against other Freescholars present, but also a celebration. Bring yourselves out to try your blades against his, and give to the purse to help maintain him in good health. Most of all, come to congratulate him, for this is well deserved.
